Data Deletion Request

You have the right to request deletion of your personal data. Here's how.

How to request data deletion

  1. 1Send an email to support@bookaboom.app with the subject line: Data Deletion Request
  2. 2Include the email address associated with your Bookaboom account so we can locate your data.
  3. 3We will confirm receipt within 2 business days and complete the deletion within 30 days.

What data will be deleted

Account & profile

Name, email address, business info, avatar, and all settings.

Appointments

All booking records, client names, and appointment history.

Client CRM data

All client records, notes, and pipeline data you've entered.

Services & availability

All services, pricing, and availability configurations.

Emails & notifications

All stored email preferences and notification history.

OAuth connections

Any Google, Facebook, or calendar integrations linked to your account.

Bug reports

Any bug or feedback reports you submitted from within the app.

What may be retained

We may retain certain data where required by law or legitimate business necessity, including:

  • Transaction records required for financial or tax compliance (typically 7 years).
  • Records necessary to resolve active disputes or enforce our terms.
  • Aggregated, anonymized analytics data that cannot be linked back to you.

Signed in with Facebook?

If you connected your Bookaboom account via Facebook Login, sending a deletion request to support@bookaboom.app will remove all data we hold about you. You can also manage or revoke Bookaboom's access to your Facebook data at any time in your Facebook App Settings.
